Where is The Cupcake Studio based?
The Cupcake Studio is based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We do not have a shop.
How can I order some cupcakes?
To place an order, call us on 07971 887 444 or send an email to hello@thecupcakestudio.co.uk. There is also a contact form on the Contact Us page of the website if you prefer. Once you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email along with payment details. The Cupcake Studio uses PayPal as its payment system. We have a minimum order of 24 cupcakes (with a minimum of 12 in any one flavour).
What are your prices?
Our cupcakes start at £2.00. Sugar flowers and fondant decorations are priced according to the decorative detail and start from £0.20. Our Gallery includes guide prices to give you an idea of the prices of different designs.
Is there an advance booking fee / deposit for weddings or large orders?
Yes. If you are ordering over 50 cupcakes, we ask for a deposit of one third of the final bill. This is to ensure that we can start working on your decorations in time and order in any ribbons, boxes etc. This also secures the order so that the hours are kept free for making your cupcakes. The deposit is deducted from the final bill, so you do not pay any extra in total. The final payment is due at least two weeks before the event. The order will need to be paid in full before the cupcakes are made and delivered. The depost is non refundable.
How far ahead do I need to order my cupcakes?
We ask that you place your order at least 3 days in advance of the date you need your cupcakes. We get very busy (especially at weekends) so, in order to avoid disappointment, the earlier you can place your order the better. However, if you have a last minute order, do give us a ring and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For large orders and events please order as far in advance as possible.
Do you offer cupcake tasting for larger orders?
Yes we do! Just give us a call and we can book you in for a no obligation cupcake tasting and consultation.
Can you deliver my cupcakes?
We offer free delivery on orders of 24 cupcakes or more within Harrogate. For delivery outside of this area and for smaller orders, there will be a small charge for this service. Please give us a ring and we can provide you with a quote for delivery. For weddings and large orders we will happily hand deliver your cupcakes to any venue within 50 miles of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. If your venue is further afield, please get in touch as we may still be able to deliver to you. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your cupcakes from our kitchen in Harrogate.
Will you set up our cupcakes at our wedding venue?
Yes! If you require us to set up, please let us know when placing your order along with the address and postcode of the venue. The cost of set up will be included in the delivery price.
Do you make large cutting cakes?
Yes. We can make you a cutting cake for the top of your cupcake tower, which can be decorated to coordinate with your cupcakes.
