Where is The Cupcake Studio based?
The Cupcake Studio is based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We do not have a shop.
Do you offer a cupcake tasting service?
Yes we do! Just give us a call and we can book you in for a no obligation cupcake tasting and consultation.
Can you deliver my cupcakes?
We always hand deliver our cupcakes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition and can deliver to any venue within a 50 mile radius of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. However, if your venue is further afield we may still be able to deliver to you. Please give us a ring and we can provide you with a quote for your venue.
Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your cupcakes from our kitchen in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Will you set up our cupcakes at our wedding venue?
Yes! If you require us to set up, please let us know when placing your order along with the address and postcode of the venue. The cost of set up will be included in the delivery price.
Is there an advance booking fee / deposit for weddings?
Yes. When ordering your wedding cupcakes, we ask for a deposit of one third of the final bill. This is to ensure that we can start working on your decorations in time and order in any ribbons, boxes etc. This also secures the order so that the hours are kept free for making you cupcakes and the day of delivery is reserved. The deposit is deducted from the final bill, so you do not pay any extra in total. The final payment is due at least two weeks before the event. The order will need to be paid in full before the cupcakes are made and delivered. The deposit is non refundable.
Can I hire a cupcake stand?
Yes! You can hire a cupcake stand that can display up to 120 cupcakes for £35 (£60 fully refundable deposit required).
Do you make large cutting cakes?
Yes! We can make you a cutting cake for the top of your cupcake tower, which can be decorated to coordinate with you cupcakes.
What are you prices?
Our cupcakes start at £2.00. Sugar flowers and fondant decorations are priced according to the decorative detail and start from £0.20. Our Gallery includes guide prices to give you an idea of the prices of different designs. Cutting cakes start from £45.00.
How far ahead do I need to order my cupcakes?
We ask that you place your order as far in advance as possible. However, if you have a last minute booking, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
